Sheeflee’s mission is to promote and provide home happiness to our clients. This includes happiness building the homes with us, happiness with the homes themselves and happiness in their communities
Living in cohousing, and as President of the U.S. Cohousing Association, Peter has long been fascinated with how the spaces around us and relationships with our neighbors contribute to our happiness and well-being. He founded Sheeflee to meet a local need for eco-friendly homes that also focus on lifestyle and "happiness per square foot". Peter has been CEO or VP of various companies ranging from startups to over $100m revenue. He received a BA and MS from the University of Virginia.

VP of Construction
James Statham joins Sheeflee with ten years of construction experience. Having previously owned and operated a residential construction company for four years before joining the Sheeflee team, James has experience building homes ranging in size from 1000 to 8000 square feet. James has extensive framing experience and is skilled in flooring, custom tile, and intricate trim work.
Chief Operating Officer
John Allison is the Chief Operating Officer for Sheeflee. He previously worked in Northern Virginia as a construction superintendent for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, where he gained experience in costing, warranty/customer service, and homebuilding. In 2016 he oversaw the construction and completion of a Fredericksburg Parade of Homes award winning model home, and in 2017 he successfully completed over 40 townhome units, which earned him a construction volume award. John is a LEED certified Green Associate and a NABCEP certified Photovoltaic Associate. He will complete his Master's Degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University in 2019.
Edward has been a residential electrician for over 15 years. He completed a two year vocational training program in which he obtained his electrical certification from the Virginia Labor Board in 2004. He also has experience in commercial and industrial electrical work. He is a skilled problem solver and enjoys providing a service that contributes to the comfort of homeowners.
Kate joins Sheeflee with a background in logistics and an interest in sustainable construction and renewable energy. In addition to logistics, Kate has experience in home renovations, general carpentry, and custom woodworking, and is a NABCEP Certified Photovoltaic Associate. She holds a BA from the University of Virginia and is a volunteer firefighter with Albemarle County.
